This morning started out in usual fashion with my iPhone alarm going off and waking me from a perfect dream. I have to be honest, I always hit the snooze button about fifteen times before I am annoyed enough to get up, or my kitty has pushed my eyelids open enough times, meowing and demanding her morning offering of Friskies. I pity the house sitters I have, I know they party when I am away, but there is no sleeping in around here with a cat that has fifteen years of experience on getting her way, especially at breakfast, and sushi nights/rights. After two cups of Nescafe Instant Coffee, I was on my way… My typical mornings are filled with answering emails, phone calls, etc. about film projects, paperwork, and all the business side of the business. I try to reserve my afternoons for meetings and the fun stuff, since the true reality is, as filmmakers, we really just wait and work around, dreaming, and it's all about being back on set, on location, back in the action.

While waiting for my lunch meeting/play-date, my mail woman delivered a six inch square box of happiness which included the coveted, Burger King, Universal Monsters, who by the way, are my favorite monsters and action figures/toys of all time. Not from Burger King, but Universal Monsters in general. I love The Creature most and Frankenstein. Frank has to be my most collectable loved figure. This particular set included The Creature, Frankenstein, Wolfman, and Dracula. I'll blog later about my lovely Aurora, Uni Monster kits that people come over to visit and drool over often. Here are my BK Universal Monsters....

And finally… I scarfed down my last diet luncheon of a poached salmon salad on my ten day diet that rewardingly took away 6" off my waist and 3" off my hips, easily, flawlessly before my lunch buddy showed up. If you are interested in loosing inches off your waist, reach out to me, it's easy.

Like clock-work, my timely, play-date for the afternoon arrived, in between the business chores of the day, and it was the lovely singer/actor Peter Murphy. Peter is the famed singer from the band 'Bauhaus' who is now actively acting and scoring films. We had a lovely afternoon. You can expect to see Peter starring in one of my upcoming films soon. You can expect more love from me on films, comics, toys, and food... Stay Tuned...
